This policy governs purchases made on PrayasPath (the "Platform"). We provide access to online test series, practice materials and other digital educational products ("Digital Products"). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital Delivery
All products sold on the Platform are delivered electronically. After payment is cleared, users receive access to the Digital Product via their account or an emailed access link. There is no physical shipment or courier service for these products.

- Access timeframe: Immediately after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated
3. One-time Purchase & No Refunds
Purchases are considered one-time purchases for digital access. Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and are downloadable / accessible online, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
By completing payment you confirm that you understand and accept that refunds will not be issued.
4. Reviews & Rating Policy
At present, our platform is not providing a public review/rating feature for products. Any internal feedback collection will be used solely for product improvement and support purposes.
5. No Shipping
There is no physical shipping associated with purchases. Any references to delivery timelines apply only to digital access provisioning.
6. Payments, Chargebacks & Disputes
We use third-party payment processors to handle payments. All payments must be authorized by the cardholder. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to:
- Provide transaction and access logs to the payment processor.
- Suspend or revoke access to the Digital Product while a dispute is investigated.
- Recover costs associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

7. Account Access & Usage
Access to purchased Digital Products is tied to the purchaser's account. Sharing login credentials or redistributing content is not permitted. We may suspend accounts found violating these rules.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, questions, test material, and UI elements are the intellectual property of PrayasPath or licensed to us. Purchasing a product grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the content for personal educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or public performance is prohibited without written consent.

10. Data & Privacy
We collect and store personal data necessary to provide access to Digital Products and process payments. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. If required by your payment gateway or regulator, we will provide additional data to verify transactions and prevent fraud.

We may update this policy occasionally. The effective date at the top will indicate the most recent version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and availability of our Digital Products, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as exam results). Our liability is limited to the value of the purchase in accordance with applicable law.
